▢ 8 eggs

▢ 150g Gruyère cheese - grated

▢ 50ml cream

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the fennel on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 30-40 minutes.

On a floured surface, roll out the pastry and place it in an 8-inch round cake tin.

Prick the base with a fork and bake until golden brown, about 40 minutes.
