â–¢2 tablespoons sugar
â–¢75g butter

â–¢500g flour
â–¢150g butter
â–¢85g sugar

â–¢50ml lukewarm water
â–¢milk
â–¢50ml milk

â–¢2 eggs

â–¢tea
â–¢5 teaspoons salt

â–¢cinnamon
â–¢2 tablespoons cinnamon

â–¢ Step 1 :🌿🌟 Preparing the ingredients for the cinnamon snails

 

Mix the yeast with the water, milk, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, crumble the butter into the flour pour the flour and butter into the

other bowl and knead until the dough is smooth and shiny.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Mix the butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.

 

Step 2:🌿🌟 Shaping the dough for rolls

 

Divide the dough into 2 parts Roll out each part, into a square (25 x 40 cm).
Place the filling Inside, and roll up both pieces of dough.

Cut each roll into 2 cm slices, Place the slices on a baking sheet and let them rest for 15 minutes.                                         

Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7)bake for 15 minutes and there you have it,the cinnamon rolls are ready!
